If you could please read my answer once again, I was talking about your integration. The fields that you see in red are no longer available in SFDC instance. That is what the error message is about.

A share can be used in any program at anytime, by any user at any time, or in any campaign at any time. You should be able to use the same filter as many times as you want in the same campaign or program.
